Nothing brings out the sentimental side in a family more than having a baby.  There’s something about bringing a part of each of you into this world that creates this desire to show that new person pieces of what helped shape you into you and just who their family is.  I could tell as soon as this little guy’s sweet mommy told me his full name that family history and tradition were very important to them.  He is now the 5th to carry his name!  She also brought a gown his father wore home from the hospital and a blanket that was used when her mother was a baby!  I absolutely adore that sense of tradition and family pride 🙂
